Recruitment Market Is Getting Back To normality

Recession brings drastic changes. It’s not because of the hype, but due to the fact that it affects almost all industries and sectors at mass level. Due to this very nature of recession, the global economic conditions have had a significant impact on the life of a common man. From stocks to production, everything got affected in one way or other. That’s what actually happened to the engineering recruitment market over the past year-and-a-half too.

The engineering job market is now getting back to normality and most companies are looking at cost cutting methods in the hiring process itself. Most of the companies are now preferring to hire people through referrals or outsourcing recruitment to some engineering recruitment agency. They basically avoid mass recruitments this way.

Mass recruitment is the method used only when the resources are required in bulk, in other words when the demand is high as during downtime, good resources and just replacement hunt is opted for rather than a recruitment drive.

This situation is stabilizing the market for recruitment agencies, and they’re doing their best to sustain. Although things are getting better, but, a fair better situation can be achieved by maintain strong relationship between recruitment agencies, educational institutes and employers.
